FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM HARVEY...LOCATED ABOUT 620 MILES SOUTH OF CAPE RACE
NEWFOUNDLAND...AND ON TROPICAL STORM IRENE...LOCATED ABOUT 1025
MILES EAST-NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHERN LEEWARD ISLANDS.

AN AREA OF CLOUDINESS AND A FEW SHOWERS IS LOCATED JUST TO THE EAST
OF THE NORTHERN BAHAMAS.  THIS WEATHER IS PRIMARILY ASSOCIATED WITH
AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM.  SURFACE PRESSURES ARE HIGH AND
TROPICAL CYCLONE DEVELOPMENT IS NOT EXPECTED IN THIS AREA.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
TUESDAY.
