FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER IS ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM LISA...LOCATED ABOUT 1175 MILES WEST OF THE AZORES.

A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL WAVE INTERACTING WITH AN UPPER-LEVEL LOW
CONTINUES TO PRODUCE WIDESPREAD CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS OVER THE
CENTRAL CARIBBEAN SEA.  SOME SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THIS SYSTEM IS
POSSIBLE ONCE IT REACHES THE NORTHWESTERN CARIBBEAN SEA IN A COUPLE
OF DAYS WHERE UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO BE MORE FAVORABLE.

CLOUDINESS AND SHOWERS ASSOCIATED WITH A WESTWARD-MOVING TROPICAL
WAVE ARE LOCATED ABOUT 480 MILES EAST OF THE WINDWARD ISLANDS.
UPPER-LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY UNFAVORABLE FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT
DEVELOPMENT TO OCCUR.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
SATURDAY.
