AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM LISA WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 33.6 NORTH... LONGITUDE  47.9 WEST OR ABOUT 1205
MILES...1945 KM...WEST OF THE AZORES.

LISA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH ...19 KM/HR. A
TURN TO THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT COUPLE
OF DAYS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  70 MPH...110 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. LISA COULD BRIEFLY REACH HURRICANE STATUS TONIGHT FOLLOWED BY
