FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

THE NATIONAL HURRICANE CENTER ISSUING ADVISORIES ON TROPICAL
STORM LISA...LOCATED ABOUT 1180 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.

THE REMNANT CIRCULATION OF FORMER TROPICAL DEPRESSION JEANNE HAS
MERGED WITH A FRONTAL SYSTEM ABOUT 185 MILES SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF
CAPE SABLE NOVA SCOTIA.  THIS WILL BE THE LAST MENTION OF THIS
SYSTEM IN THE TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOK. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON
THIS WEATHER SYSTEM CAN BE FOUND IN HIGH SEAS FORECASTS ISSUED BY
THE OCEAN PREDICTION CENTER...UNDER AWIPS HEADER HSFAT1 AND UNDER
WMO HEADER FZNT01 KWBC.
