AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM LISA WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 30.9 NORTH...LONGITUDE  45.9 WEST OR ABOUT 1180
MILES...1900 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.

LISA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/HR.  A TURN TO
THE NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED TONIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  70 MPH...110 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THERE IS CHANCE THAT LISA BECOMES A HURRICANE DURING THE
