COAST...

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINED IN EFFECT FOR WESTERN MONMOUTH
COUNTY IN NEW JERSEY UNTIL 5 AM.

ALL FLOOD AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED.

AT 5 AM EDT...09Z...THE REMNANTS OF JEANNE WERE LOCATED NEAR
LATITUDE 39.5 NORTH LONGITUDE 73.3 WEST OR ABOUT 67 MILES EAST OF
ATLANTIC CITY NEW JERSEY.  MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 35 MPH WITH
SOME HIGHER GUSTS.  THE REMNANTS OF JEANNE ARE MOVING TOWARD THE
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. MINIMUM CENTRAL IS 998 MB OR 29.47 INCHES.
