AT 11 PM AST...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM LISA WAS LOCATED
NEAR LATITUDE 27.0 NORTH...LONGITUDE  46.5 WEST OR ABOUT 1365 MILES
...2195 KM...WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.

LISA IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR. A MOTION
BETWEEN NORTH AND NORTH-NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED FOR THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
