DISCERNABLE IN SURFACE OBSERVATIONS...

TEXAS.

UNOFFICIAL RAINFALL TOTALS FROM COOPERATIVE OBSERVERS IN WESTERN
LOUISIANA AND EASTERN TEXAS INDICATE THAT UP TO 8 INCHES OF RAIN
HAS FALLEN IN ISOLATED AREAS MAINLY NORTH AND EAST OF THE REMNANT
LOW SINCE 7 AM CDT FRIDAY.

WHILE THE SURFACE CIRCULATION IS NO LONGER DISCERNABLE THERE IS
STILL A THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINS ALONG THE MIDDLE TO UPPER COAST OF
TEXAS.

ADDITIONAL MAXIMUM RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1-2 INCHES WITH ISOLATED
HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE OVER PORTIONS OF EASTERN TEXAS THROUGH
SATURDAY.

THIS WILL BE THE LAST ADVISORY ISSUED BY THE HYDROMETEOROLOGICAL
PREDICTION CENTER FOR THE REMNANT LOW OF IVAN. REFER TO STATEMENTS
ISSUED BY LOCAL WEATHER OFFICES FOR FURTHER INFORMATION CONCERNING
