AT 11 PM AST...0300Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION LISA WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.3 NORTH... LONGITUDE 44.7 WEST OR ABOUT
1385 MILES...2230 KM... WEST OF THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR  8 MPH
...13 KM/HR. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED DURING
THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LISA COULD REGAIN TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH DURING THE NEXT 12
HOURS.
