AT 5 PM AST...2100Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION
LISA WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 14.4 NORTH...LONGITUDE
44.4 WEST OR ABOUT 1365 MILES...2195 KM...WEST OF
THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-NORTHWEST NEAR 10 MPH
...17 KM/HR.  A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHWEST IS EXPECTED
DURING THE NEXT 24 HOURS.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  LISA COULD REGAIN TROPICAL STORM STRENGTH LATER TONIGHT OR
SATURDAY.
