LATITUDE 43.3 NORTH LONGITUDE 77.1 WEST OR 33 MILES NORTHEAST OF
ROCHESTER NEW YORK. MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE 20 MPH WITH SOME
HIGHER GUSTS. MINIMUM CENTRAL PRESSURE IS 1002 MB OR 29.59 INCHES.
