AT 11 AM EDT...1500Z...THE CENTER OF TROPICAL DEPRESSION TEN WAS
LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 36.6 NORTH... LONGITUDE 33.3 WEST OR ABOUT
360 MILES... 580 KM... WEST-SOUTHWEST OF THE AZORES.

THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST NEAR  6 MPH
... 9 KM/HR.  A TURN TO THE EAST WITH A SLOWING OF THE FORWARD SPEED
IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT DAY OR SO.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR  35 MPH... 55 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS.  THE DEPRESSION HAS LOST MOST OF ITS THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY
THIS MORNING AND COULD DISSIPATE LATER TODAY.
