FOR THE NORTH ATLANTIC...CARIBBEAN SEA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO...

A STRONG TROPICAL WAVE CENTERED ABOUT 610 MILES WEST-SOUTHWEST OF
THE CAPE VERDE ISLANDS HAS CONTINUED TO BECOME BETTER ORGANIZED.
CONDITIONS APPEAR TO BE FAVORABLE FOR A TROPICAL DEPRESSION TO FORM
LATER TODAY OR WEDNESDAY AS THE SYSTEM MOVES WESTWARD AT 15 MPH.

THE REMNANT CIRCULATION OF DANIELLE...LOCATED ABOUT 800 MILES WEST-
SOUTHWEST OF THE NORTHERNMOST AZORES ISLANDS...IS MOVING NORTH-
NORTHWESTWARD AT ABOUT 10 MPH. THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY REMAINS
LIMITED...AND UPPER LEVEL WINDS ARE CURRENTLY UNFAVORABLE FOR
REDEVELOPMENT.

ELSEWHERE...TROPICAL STORM FORMATION IS NOT EXPECTED THROUGH
WEDNESDAY.
