FOR SMALL STREAM AND RIVER FLOODING.

...RAINFALL AND INLAND FLOODING...

RAINFALL TOTALS FOR TODAY INTO EARLY SUNDAY MORNING ARE EXPECTED TO
RANGE FROM 1 TO 4 INCHES OVER MUCH OF THE AREA, WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS, POSSIBLY UP TO 6 INCHES IN THE HEAVIER RAIN BANDS. A FLOOD

UP TO 50 MPH. OVER THE COASTAL WATERS, WIND SPEEDS ARE FORECAST TO
RANGE FROM 35 TO 45 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 55 KNOTS. BEING THAT THE
CENTER OF CHARLEY IS EXPECTED TO PASS OVER THE REGION THE WIND
DIRECTION WILL VARY. MOST INLAND LOCATIONS SHOULD HAVE A NORTHEAST
TO NORTH WIND AND THE COASTAL WATERS WILL LIKELY EXPERIENCE A
SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH WIND.

WIND SPEEDS WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH ON SUNDAY.
