...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southern Davidson,
southeastern Dickson, northern Williamson and south central Cheatham
Counties through 1000 PM CDT...

At 923 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Fairview, or 13 miles east of Dickson, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Nashville, Brentwood, Nolensville, Forest Hills, Oak Hill,
White Bluff, Belle Meade, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Hermitage,
Bellevue, Antioch, Fairview, Berry Hill and Natchez Trace At Highway
96.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 179 and 220.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 68 and 85.
 Interstate 24 between mile markers 48 and 63.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 6 and 8.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
