The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out of
the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.

FOR NORTHERN SMITH...NORTHWESTERN JACKSON...MACON AND EAST CENTRAL
TROUSDALE COUNTIES...

At 223 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lafayette,
moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Lafayette, Hartsville, Red Boiling Springs, Pleasant Shade, Dixon
Springs and Bugtussle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Wind damage with this storm will occur before any rain or lightning.
Do not wait for the sound of thunder before taking cover. SEEK
