  - At 12:00 AM CST Saturday the stage was 17.0 feet and falling.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.0
    feet this afternoon.
  - Action stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
