The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Western Montgomery County in middle Tennessee...
  Stewart County in middle Tennessee...

* Until noon CDT.

* At 1012 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  very heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 3 inches of rain
  have fallen in the past hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or
  expected to begin shortly.

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Dover, Big Rock, Cumberland City, Indian Mound, Land Between The
  Lakes, Woodlawn and Palmyra.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
