...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 345 AM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL...NORTHEASTERN MAURY AND SOUTH CENTRAL
WILLIAMSON COUNTIES...

At 317 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Spring Hill, or
8 miles northeast of Columbia, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station and I-65 East Of Columbia.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 39 and 57.
 Interstate 840 near mile marker 33.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and deadly cloud to ground
lightning. Seek shelter inside a well-built structure. Stay away from
windows.

Brief heavy rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
minor flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
