...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Davidson, eastern
Dickson, western Sumner, northwestern Williamson, Cheatham,
northeastern Hickman and Robertson Counties through 715 PM CDT...

At 626 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northwest of Coopertown to 7 miles
southwest of Fairview. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Springfield, Ashland City, Nashville, Madison,
Hendersonville, Brentwood, Goodlettsville, White House, Millersville,
Greenbrier, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Coopertown, White Bluff, Belle
Meade, Kingston Springs, Pegram, Ridgetop and Cross Plains.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
