...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of north central Sumner
and northeastern Robertson Counties through 1115 PM CDT...

At 1044 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Cross Plains, or 12 miles northeast of Springfield, moving northeast
at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Cross Plains, Orlinda, Mitchellville and Black Jack.

This includes Interstate 65 between mile markers 114 and 121.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
