...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northern Smith, west
central Jackson, southern Macon and central Trousdale Counties
through 600 PM CDT...

At 523 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Hartsville, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Lafayette, Hartsville, Red Boiling Springs, Pleasant Shade and Dixon
Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
