...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 AM CDT EARLY THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Giles, Lawrence and Wayne.

* WHEN...Until 215 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1218 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms ongoing across Wayne, Lawrence and Giles
    Counties. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the advisory area. Radar estimates between 1 and 3
    inches of rain have fallen this evening.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lawrenceburg, Pulaski, Waynesboro, Loretto, Collinwood,
    Ardmore, St. Joseph, Elkton, Minor Hill, Ethridge, Leoma,
    Westpoint, Iron City, Goodspring, Cypress Inn, Prospect,
    Lutts and Frankewing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
