...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Buffalo River Above Flat Woods affecting Wayne and Perry Counties.

For the Buffalo River...including Flat Woods...elevated river levels
are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued Friday morning at 600 AM CST.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Buffalo River Above Flat Woods.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water begins to inundate low lying
  agricultural land along the river from northern Wayne County to
  near Linden in Perry County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Action stage is 15.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
