If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

* IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Low lying areas along both sides of the
  river are inundated, including portions of Shelby Bottoms Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:00 PM CST Saturday the stage was 36.2 feet and falling.
