For the Elk River...including Prospect...elevated river levels are
forecast.

...REPLACES RIVER FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Elk River Near Prospect.

* WHEN...From early this morning to this morning.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Water begins to flood Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge south of Route 273.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:15 AM CST Saturday the stage was 25.5 feet and falling.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 12:15 AM CST Saturday was 26.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early this morning and continue falling to 14.3 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Action stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
