...Forecast flooding changed to Minor severity and increased in
duration for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County.

For the Richland Creek...including Pulaski...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY SATURDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Richland Creek Above Pulaski.

* WHEN...Until early Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Portions of Vales Mill Rd between Chicken
  Creek Rd and the Highway 64 bypass become inundated and may be
  subject to closure

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 2:00 PM CST Thursday the stage was 19.8 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this afternoon to a crest of 21.0 feet just after midnight
    tonight. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
    evening.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    19.2 feet on 06/05/2014.
