Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Below Franklin affecting Williamson County.

For the Harpeth River...including Franklin...elevated river levels
are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Harpeth River Below Franklin.

* WHEN...From this morning until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, Water begins to inundate low lying areas
  along the banks, including the nursery at Hillsboro Road and
  Fulton Green Lane.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:00 AM CST Thursday the stage was 22.3 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...No forecast is available for this location.
  - Action stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
