...The National Weather Service in Nashville TN has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal affecting Robertson and Montgomery
  Counties.

For the Red River...including Port Royal...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Red River At Port Royal.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night to Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, Flooding of Port Royal State Park begins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 PM CST Wednesday the stage was 26.0 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early Friday morning to a crest of 32.7 feet early Friday
    afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    32.6 feet on 05/19/1995.
