...The National Weather Service in Nashville TN has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs affecting Cheatham County.

For the Harpeth River...including Kingston Springs, Bellevue,
Franklin, Franklin...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued this evening at 600 PM CST.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM EARLY THIS MORNING TO LATE THIS
AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Harpeth River Near Kingston Springs.

* WHEN...From early this morning to late this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, The access road to the Narrows of the
  Harpeth State Park begins to be inundated.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 11:00 PM CST Tuesday the stage was 17.8 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    early this morning to a crest of 24.2 feet this morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage late this morning.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    24.3 feet on 02/09/1950.
