...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST FRIDAY...
...WIND CHILL WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON CST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...For the Winter Storm Warning, snow accumulations of 1 to
  2 inches along and north of I-40. A few spots near the Kentucky
  border and on the Plateau could have around 3 inches. Winds
  gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Wind Chill Warning,
  dangerously cold wind chills down to 25 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of Middle Tennessee along and north of I-40.

* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 AM CST Friday. For
  the Wind Chill Warning, from 10 PM this evening to noon CST
  Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute. The cold wind
  chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
  30 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL IMPACTS...While falling precipitation will end before
  sunrise Friday, travel impacts may last into the weekend.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in
your vehicle in case of an emergency.

Avoid outside activities if possible. When outside, make sure you
wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.

  as low as 25 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory
  including areas just south of Interstate 40, total snow
  accumulations up to one inch.

* WHERE...Areas generally just to the south of I-40.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon Friday. For the
  Winter Weather Advisory, until 6 AM CST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the morning commute. The cold wind
  chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
  30 minutes.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
  skin in as little as 30 minutes. Also, some patches of snow and
  ice may cause slick travel on area roads.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
