...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern
Davidson, northern Williamson and southeastern Cheatham Counties
through 500 PM CDT...

At 425 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Bellevue, or 12 miles northwest of Franklin, moving northeast at 10
mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Brentwood, Forest Hills, Oak Hill, Belle Meade, Kingston
Springs, Pegram, Fairview, Bellevue, Bells Bend, Leipers Fork and
Natchez Trace At Highway 96.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 182 and 204.
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 66 and 73.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 7 and 14.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
