...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Overton,
southeastern Smith, central De Kalb, southern Jackson, northern White
and Putnam Counties through 145 AM CDT...

At 104 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from Carthage to near Smithville. Movement was east
at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Cookeville, Sparta, Smithville, Carthage, Gainesboro, Algood, Baxter,
Gordonsville, Hickman, South Carthage, Dowelltown, Liberty, Hamptons
Crossroads, Bakers Crossroads, Burgess Falls State Park, Rickman,
Center Hill Lake, Granville, Edgar Evans State Park and Cummins Falls
State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 255 and 297.
