...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood
Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Red River At Port Royal affecting Robertson and Montgomery
  Counties.

For the Red River...including Port Royal...elevated river levels are
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

Additional information is available at www.weather.gov.

The next statement will be issued by Wednesday afternoon at 230 PM
CDT.

...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO FRIDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Red River At Port Royal.

* WHEN...From this evening to Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 30.0 feet, Low lying agricultural areas along the Red
  River from the Kentucky State Line to Adams, past Port Royal State
  Park, and on the Sulpher Fork from near Springfield to near Cedar
  Hill, to Port Royal State Park begin to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.3 feet and rising.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise. It will then rise
    to 28.5 feet early Thursday afternoon. Additional rises are
    possible thereafter.
  - Action stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
