* At 2:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 10.8 feet and falling.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall this morning.
* Impact...At 10.0 feet, Water inundates low lying areas and
  agricultural land along the river.
