  the Wartrace Creek Near Wartrace.
* From early this morning to this morning.
* At 1:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.1 feet and cresting.
* Action stage is 9.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to crest soon and will begin to
  fall thereafter.
* Impact...At 9.0 feet, Water begins to inundate Winette Ayers Park.
