The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northeastern Bedford County in middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Cannon County in middle Tennessee...
  Northwestern Coffee County in middle Tennessee...
  Southeastern Rutherford County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 200 AM CDT.

* At 1056 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain
  have fallen.  The storms that produced the heavy rainfall will
  continue to move out the area through m2:30 am.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Murfreesboro, Wartrace, Bell Buckle, Beechgrove, Christiana,
  Bradyville, Fosterville and Readyville.

Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.5 inch are expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
