...THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHERN MACON COUNTY IS CANCELLED...

The tornadic thunderstorm which prompted the warning has moved out
of the warned area. Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 AM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 AM CDT FOR NORTHERN
SMITH AND SOUTHEASTERN TROUSDALE COUNTIES...

At 657 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 3 miles east of Hartsville, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Hartsville, Pleasant Shade and Dixon Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
