The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Northern Lawrence County in middle Tennessee...
  Southern Lewis County in middle Tennessee...
  Southwestern Maury County in middle Tennessee...
  Central Wayne County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 800 AM CDT.

* At 552 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms continuing to move across the area. Between 1 and
  2.5 inches of rain have fallen so far thsi morning. Minor flooding
  is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Columbia, Waynesboro, Mount Pleasant, Summertown, Clifton,
  Henryville and Lutts.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
