The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for
  the Elk River Near Prospect.
* From this evening to Thursday evening.
* At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 22.1 feet and rising.
* Action stage is 22.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.0 feet
  early tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, Water completely inundates the TWRA boat
  launch parking lot near the Hargrove - Johnson bridge on Veto Rd.
* Impact...At 24.5 feet, Water begins to approach Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge.
* Impact...At 25.0 feet, Water begins to flood Veto Rd near the
  Hargrove - Johnson bridge south of Route 273.
