...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Tennessee...

  Cumberland River At Nashville affecting Davidson County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Stay tuned to further developments by listening to your local radio,
television, or NOAA Weather Radio for further information.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

...The Flood Warning remains in effect...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Cumberland River At Nashville.
* Until this evening.
* At 7:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 40.3 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 7:30 AM CDT Tuesday was 40.6 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this
  afternoon and continue falling to 27.4 feet Saturday evening.
* Impact...At 40.0 feet, Flooding of property along the river from
  the I-24 bridge to the I-65 bridge is occurring, including
  industrial areas on Adams St, Cement Plant Rd, Cowan St, Cowan Ct,
  and Davidson St.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 40.9
  feet on 02/04/1902.
