...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Tennessee...

  Duck River At Centerville affecting Hickman County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

...The Flood Warning is now in effect until Thursday afternoon...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Duck River At Centerville.
* Until Thursday afternoon.
* At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 31.2 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 7:00 PM CDT Monday was 34.6 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late
  Thursday morning and continue falling to 14.8 feet Saturday
  evening.
* Impact...At 32.0 feet, All areas along the Duck River near
  Centerville will be covered by flood waters. Defeated Creek, Bears
  Creek, Swan Creek, Lowes Bend, and Horse Branch Creek will be
  flooded due to backwater. Many roads near the river will be
  impassable due to high water.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 32.1
  feet on 03/22/1955.
