A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.

...The Flood Warning is now in effect until late this morning...

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Harpeth River Below Franklin.
* Until this morning.
* At 4:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 28.3 feet and falling.
* Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring.
* Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending
  at 4:00 AM CDT Monday was 29.7 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage by
  midday today.
* Impact...At 27.0 feet, Flooding of properties adjacent to the
  river begins near Hillsboro Road and Mack Hatcher Memorial Parkway.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 28.2
  feet on 03/28/1994.
