...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN MAURY AND CENTRAL WILLIAMSON COUNTIES...

At 648 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Franklin,
moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Franklin, Columbia, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station and Leipers Fork.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 65 between mile markers 51 and 66.
 Interstate 840 between mile markers 21 and 37.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for Middle
Tennessee.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.
