The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flood Advisory for...
  Southern Hickman County in middle Tennessee...
  Lewis County in middle Tennessee...
  Central Maury County in middle Tennessee...
  Southern Perry County in middle Tennessee...
  Northern Wayne County in middle Tennessee...
  Williamson County in middle Tennessee...

* Until 1115 AM CDT.

* At 810 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
  thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
  shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have
  fallen.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Franklin, Columbia, Hohenwald, Centerville, Linden, Brentwood,
  Spring Hill, Mount Pleasant, Thompson's Station, Lobelville,
  Hampshire, Gordonsburg, Williamsport, Primm Springs, Kimmins,
  Santa Fe, Pleasantville, Leipers Fork, Natchez Trace At Highway 96
  and Flatwoods.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
