...Flash Flood Watch In Effect 7 AM CDT Saturday to 7 PM CDT
Sunday...

.Several rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected across
Middle Tennessee from mid morning hours on Saturday through at
least Sunday morning. This will bring an additional 1 to 3 inches
...with locally higher amounts ranging from 4 to 5 inches...of
rainfall to already saturated ground conditions. Runoff impacts
could last through afternoon hours on Sunday.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM CDT SATURDAY MORNING
UNTIL 7 PM CDT SUNDAY...

The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a

* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of Middle Tennessee, including
  the following areas, Bedford, Cannon, Cheatham, Clay, Coffee,
  Cumberland, Davidson, De Kalb, Dickson, Fentress, Giles,
  Grundy, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Jackson, Lawrence, Lewis,
  Macon, Marshall, Maury, Montgomery, Overton, Perry, Pickett,
  Putnam, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner,
  Trousdale, Van Buren, Warren, Wayne, White, Williamson, and
  Wilson.

* From Saturday 7 AM CDT until Sunday 7 PM CDT.

* Multiple rounds of heavy rainfall from 7 AM CDT Saturday through
  at least the morning hours on Sunday will cause excessive
  rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches, with locally higher amounts
  of 4 to 5 inches, of additional rainfall to already saturated
  ground conditions. Runoff impacts could last through afternoon
  hours on Sunday.

* Heavy rainfall along with potentially high rainfall rates will
  cause excess runoff and localized flash flooding in the watch
  area, including quick rises on area rivers and creeks.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.

You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
