Advisory for the following rivers in Tennessee...

  Richland Creek Above Pulaski affecting Giles County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 9:00 AM CST Monday the stage was 16.3 feet and rising.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river is forecast to rise to 17.0 feet this
  evening, then fall below Action Stage tonight.
* Impact...At 16.0 feet, Flooding of low lying agricultural land
  along the river begins
