...The National Weather Service in Nashville has issued a Flood Advisory for the
following rivers in Middle Tennessee...

  Duck River At Centerville affecting Hickman County
  Duck River Near Hurricane Mills affecting Humphreys County
  Buffalo River Near Lobelville affecting Perry County
  Red River At Port Royal affecting Montgomery and Robertson Counties

. Heavy rainfall from the last 3 days has caused significant rises on rivers across much of Middle Tennessee. Several gages have risen above action stage or are forecast to do so soon.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

from the National Weather Service.

* Flood Advisory for
  The Duck River At Centerville
* At 12AM Monday the stage was 15.3 feet.
* Action stage is 17.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 20.0 feet tomorrow evening.
* At 22.0 feet...Flood waters will cover the flood plain along the river.
  Several roads near the river will be partially covered. In Centerville,
  Hickman Springs Road and Defeated Creek Road will be affected. Leatherwood
  Road between Shady Grove and Primm Springs near Tottys Bend will also be
  affected.
* At 17.0 feet...Water begins to overflow the banks.

  The Duck River Near Hurricane Mills
* At 11PM Sunday the stage was 13.9 feet.
* Action stage is 16.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 19.8 feet after midnight tomorrow.
* At 20.0 feet...Agricultural land, other low lying areas, and access points
  along the river from Bucksnort to Taylortown, Cedar Grove, and to Bakerville
  Rd begin to flood. Portions of Tumbling Creek Rd east of Highway 13 begin to
  flood.
* At 16.0 feet...Water begins to inundate agricultural land and other low lying
  areas along the river including access points from Bucksnort to Taylortown,
  Cedar Grove, and to Bakerville Rd.

  The Buffalo River Near Lobelville
* At 11PM Sunday the stage was 9.1 feet.
* Action stage is 10.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 12.3 feet Wednesday morning.
* At 14.0 feet...Gilmer Bridge Rd and Russell Creek Rd begin to flood. Leeper
  Bottom and Qualls Bend Rd become flooded as well. Water approaches portions of
  Highway 438 south of Lobelville near Beardstown.
* At 12.0 feet...Portions of secondary roads near Old Highway 13 are inundated.
* At 10.0 feet...Water inundates low lying areas and agricultural land along the
  river.

  The Red River At Port Royal
* At 11PM Sunday the stage was 24.8 feet.
* Action stage is 25.0 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* The river will rise to near 28.9 feet this afternoon.
* At 30.0 feet...Low lying agricultural areas along the Red River from the
  Kentucky State Line to Adams, past Port Royal State Park, and on the Sulpher
  Fork from near Springfield to near Cedar Hill, to Port Royal State Park begin
  to flood.
* At 17.0 feet...The public access parking lot at Port Royal State Park is
  completely inundated.
* At 11.0 feet...Water begins to inundate the public access parking lot and
  picnic area at Port Royal State Park.
