Gordonsville, or near Carthage, moving south at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Smithville, Gordonsville, Hickman, Alexandria, Dowelltown and
Liberty.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 252 and 261.
