* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Clearing skies allowed temperatures to fall
  below freezing in some areas, which could lead to freezing fog
  and slick spots on roadways this morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of
